- All costs include linen hire which consists of quilts, quilts covers, bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels
- All prices listed are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) per night & are subject to change without notice
- No Smoking inside
- No Pets Allowed
Bookings, Deposit and Final Payments
- A deposit of 20% is required within 7 Days of booking to secure the reservation
- Final payment to be received at least 30 Days prior to arrival (90 Days for High Season bookings)
- Bookings made less than 30 Days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours
- Refundable Damage Deposit $500
- Check In: 3.00pm (1500 hours) Check Out: 10.00am (1000 hours)
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations of bookings are to be made in writing
- Cancellations made due to Covid-19 restrictions or lockdowns will be fully refundable
